Volume Weight Limit
The longest side of a single piece does not exceed 1.2 meters, and a single piece does not exceed 70KG. For a single piece of ultra-long and heavy parcels, please consult our customer service staff before shipping.

1. For goods sent to Nigeria, the weight of a single piece cannot exceed 70KG, and a single ticket does not exceed 70KG.

2. For express mail sent to Angola, the weight of a single piece cannot exceed 50KG, and a single ticket cannot exceed 300KG;

3. The weight of a single piece sent to Tunisia cannot exceed 30KG, and a single ticket cannot exceed 40KG;

4. For express mail to Algeria, the single piece cannot exceed 40KG.

The calculation method of overlength and overweight surcharge is as follows:
a) 1 order number (that is, one shipment), no matter how many pieces there are, as long as one or more of them has a length of more than 120CM or a weight of more than 70KG, HKDHL will charge 810* (1+ fuel for the month) RMB/ Ticket surcharge;
b) 1 order number (that is, one shipment), no matter how many pieces there are, if one side is longer than 120CM, and the other one weighs more than 70KG, HKDHL will only charge 810* (1+ fuel for the month) RMB/ The ticket surcharge, that is: 1 single number (that is, one ticket) will only charge a surcharge of 810* (1+ fuel for the month) RMB/ticket at most once.
Prohibited Items
1. Dangerous goods, liquids, powders, etc. prohibited by air. The country expressly prohibits the export of goods, such as antiques, currency and other infringing products.

2. Items that require additional information When sending batteries and items containing batteries, MSDS certificates and battery letters (original copies are required) (please contact customer service if necessary) A formal purchase invoice or authorization letter is required for mailing brand-name products.

3. Products such as motors and engines cannot be sent.
Insurance and Claims


1. For packages purchased with insurance, insurance charges and compensation shall be implemented in accordance with the introduction clause of "Insurance Service" of Racing Logistics.

2. Claims for packages that are not insured shall be settled according to the following terms:
a) For small, out of stock, damaged parcels If the weight, quantity, and number of parcels received by the recipient do not match, or the parcel is damaged, please report the loss or damage to the destination DHL within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. And within 7 working days, the recipient's local registration number will be provided to our company for the investigation and claim of DHL. If verified by DHL, the maximum compensation is free shipping, and the maximum declared value of the compensation package shall not exceed 100 USD. Part of the damage or loss shall be compensated according to the percentage of the actual lost quantity, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD 100.
b) Loss of parcels due to customs inspections When the postal package passes through the customs, the customs opens the postal package for inspection, which may result in the loss of the postal package, the loss of all or part of the contents of the postal package, or the seizure of the postal package by the customs. Racing Logistics does not assume any responsibility for this.
International Express Return
If HKFEDEX is returned to the sender due to the recipient’s failure to sign for receipt, the package cannot enter the destination customs, or the failure to provide handling advice within the prescribed time limit, the package will be returned to the sender, and the shipping fee for the return from the destination country to Hong Kong or Shenzhen will be paid by the sender bear. Racing Logistics will automatically deduct related fees from the sender’s account (Racing Logistics will provide FEDEX related fee bills)
Order System Operation
1. Item description
It is necessary to fill in the actual product name and quantity when declaring the product name. No gifts or sample declarations are accepted.

2. Declared value
HKDHL has no requirements on declared value. Customers can decide the amount to fill in by themselves. It is recommended to declare according to the actual declared value of the goods to avoid high tariffs and fines.

3. Recipient's address
HKDHL does not accept PO BOX email addresses. The recipient's phone number must be provided. The above information should be filled in English, and other languages cannot be used.
Delivery Requirements


1. An order must be created in the racing logistics system (enter the package information), and the invoice (3) and the waybill (1) must be printed in the system and handed to us with the goods; [*This step is very simple}

2. Try not to bring other irrelevant signs. Fragile products are recommended to paste the signs of fragile products;

3. Use English to fill in the order information correctly, where the item name should be as detailed as possible, and do not declare in terms of Gift, Sample, etc.;

4. Order information can be uploaded in batches using Excel, or an order can be created via API.
International Express Return
If the package is returned to the sender due to the recipient’s inability to sign for receipt, the package cannot enter the destination customs, or the failure to provide handling advice within the specified time limit, the package will be returned to the sender. bear. Racing Logistics will automatically deduct the relevant fees from the sender’s account (Racing Logistics will provide DHL related fee bills)
Expenses
(1) Fees for changing the address
Address change will be charged RMB100/ticket for changing delivery address (no fuel surcharge is required). Address change surcharge applies to the following situations:
1. The city, zip code, country or detailed address information of the recipient's address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in unsuccessful delivery of the shipment.
2. The recipient has moved away from the delivery address on the waybill, and the recipient has left the hotel where it is located, resulting in unsuccessful delivery of the shipment.
3. The recipient has resigned from the receiving company on the waybill, and this company refuses to sign for the shipment.

(2) Customs prepaid handling fee The consignor’s prepaid tariff (DDP) and the handling fee for the third-party account payment of tariffs are adjusted to 150RMB/ticket

(3) Surcharge for over-long/over-weight shipments For all shipments whose actual weight exceeds 70KG (not including 70KG) or whose volume dimensions are 120cm in length, height and width on either side, Hong Kong DHL will charge an overweight and overlength operation fee of 810RMB/ticket, plus a fuel surcharge for the month

(4) Special handling fee For shipments under the following conditions, a special handling fee of 1250RMB/ticket will be added, plus a fuel surcharge for the month
1: Except for the special instructions of the consignor, the goods marked with signs/texts on the outer carton that cannot be stacked ("Do not stack", "Do not stack / No Stack")
2: The outer packaging (or bare package, etc.) cannot withstand the stacking of other goods, and the shape or the goods on the pallet hinder the safe stacking of the second pallet or other non-pallet shipments.

(5) Remote surcharge: 4.2RMB/KG, the minimum fee is 210RMB, plus the fuel surcharge for the month

(6) Surcharge for high-risk areas: (Applicable to documents + packages) Fees: 185RMB/ticket, plus fuel for the month, (List of countries: Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen)
